The Work That Reconnects Facilitator Training
From Thursday 15 October 2026, six months,
Online with Margo van Greta

Book your place
This training gives you the skill and confidence to be a facilitator in the Work That Reconnects.
In this time of unprecedented challenges in our world, we need people who are awake, and who will make a positive contribution.
“The Work that Reconnects helps people discover and experience their innate connections with each other and the self-healing powers of the web of life, transforming despair and overwhelm into inspired, collaborative action.” Joanna Macy
It takes the form of a transformative journey through the Spiral of Hope, Honouring our Pain for the World, Seeing with New Eyes and Going Forth.

This training gives you the skill and confidence to be a facilitator in the Work That Reconnects.
Since personal experience of going through the Spiral is essential to facilitate others, the course includes a journey through the practices, while you develop your facilitation skills.

What a previous participants says:
"Now, after less than 2 years since I embarked on this journey of becoming a WTR facilitator, I am very satisfied with where I am at. I can confirm what I had already shared: that your training provided a solid and comprehensive foundation to get started and then be able to dive deeper into the WTR work, while also being able to hold my first WTR spaces right away. After the training, I embarked on a fulfilling and succesful collaboration with another course participant and buddy and we already offered two complete 5-week WTR spirals  on Zoom, to an international cohort, as well as a spot event for grief. In addition I have been collaborating with a friend to hold The Council of all Beings online as well as at the European ecovillage gathering in 2024 in Sweden."

Mona Zeidan is a Palestinian Internal Family Systems (IFS) trauma therapist working with individuals, intimate partners and groups from diverse cultural backgrounds. Born and raised in the diaspora then settled in the UK as an immigrant, Mona draws on her lived experience of displacement, physical and emotional exile, marginalisation and exclusion as motivation and inspiration for building bridges of cultural curiosity, understanding and competency. Ultimately, she believes that dismantling the oppressive structures of injustice and destruction on this planet needs to fundamentally include a curious, courageous and compassionate inquiry into our own implicit and explicit biases, in our different circles and within our different roles of leadership, authority and/or activism. As well as her extensive training in trauma therapy, Mona has experience and background in the creative arts, community projects, group facilitation, education, journalism, women’s circles and plant medicine.

She serves on the leadership team of the Work That Reconnects Network.
