Creative Meditation - Embodiment, Nature and Art
Beverley A'Court & Margo van Greta
17-24 June 2017
The Park, Findhorn, Scotlland
A meditative and playful, nourishing and inspiring retreat, exploring our deep 'nature', experiencing how creativity, nature and spirituality weave together as we access the peace that lives in our bodies, minds and the field of which we are a part.
To support our creativity we will use the mythology and archetypal symbol of the 'Sacred Garden'; a place of blessing, healing and transformation, where human and divine meet and co-create.
Working with our bodies via gentle, sensory exercises, meditations based in Tibetan Buddhist and nature-contemplative traditions, mindful walks and creative, mixed-media art-making, we support and encourage you to connect authentically with yourself and others in communion with nature.
Tiered price (click here for more information): £1080 / £820 / £670
Includes all programme content, 7 nights accommodation, full board and refreshments.
Beverley A'Court has been an art therapist for 35 years. Her holistic approaches are informed by long term involvement in Buddhist meditation, body-dance-movement practices, poetry and Deep Ecology.
Margo van Greta works with spiritual and personal development and internal training at the Findhorn Foundation. She is a passionate Buddhist, a drummer, and facilitates transformation.
