Cancellation
If you cancel a course or class
If we have to cancel a class:
Sometimes we have to cancel class due to unforeseen circumstances or low numbers. We will do our best to notify you of this at least one week before the start date of your course, and give you a full refund.
Individual sessions
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel an appointment over 24-hours in advance, I will not charge you for the missed session. If you cancel after that, or if you cannot attend, you will still need to pay for the appointment.
Exceptional circumstances
Emergencies happen. If you know that you might not make an appointment, please let me know when you book it. I will aim to be more accommodating in such circumstances.
If you cancel a course or class
- If you cancel more than four weeks before the course starting date, we will refund the amount you have donated less an admin fee.
- If you cancel within four weeks of the class start date, we will refund 50% of your payment.
- If you cancel after the class has commenced, we are unable to refund any of your donation.
