In this experiential online course, we will move deeper through the stages of the Spiral. You will get in touch with your inner qualities, acknowledging your strengths, vulnerability, challenges and courage. Interaction with the other participants is an essential aspect. This is why you will meet in small peer groups as well.
The Work That Reconnects is a form of group work designed to cultivate the intention and ability to take part in the healing of our world. The challenges we currently face when we look at the world around us are huge. It can be devastating to be confronted with a planetary or poly crisis, and its effects on life. We may experience frustration, anger, despair, numbness, or simply the wish to turn away from it all.

We can choose a different response.
Let’s give space to explore what is emerging for us. A crisis is also an opportunity to generate our resilience, to bring forth our courage, creativity and care. It may ask us to dig deeper into our own inner resources. We don’t have to do this alone. We can connect with more people, organisations, and networks dedicated to creating a sustainable world. We too can be part of the Great Turning, in our unique way.

Content
We use the format of the Spiral of The Work That Reconnects as our framework:
  • We will focus on Gratitude in our life, building up resilience as we do so.
  • We give space to Honour our Pain for the world, as grieving is an essential part of stepping into wholeness.
  • We will shift our perspective through Seeing with New Eyes.
  • In Going Forth, we explore our vision of the world we do want to live in and identify steps we are willing and able to take.
Is this event for you?
  • Are you concerned about the state of the world, from the climate crisis and all the other threats to our survival?
  • Are you affected in your personal life by broader issues?
  • Do you experience anxiety, anger, fear or numbness?
  • Do you want to have a positive impact on both your life and the world around you?
  • Would you like to join a group of people for interactive and experiential sessions in a safe and supportive space?
If you can say yes to one or more of the above, this course may be for you.

What previous participants said:
"I realised I am not alone. That my grief connects me, rather than isolates me."
"The group setting allowed me to meet, listen to and learn from others who also have a deep care and commitment for our planet. This fueled my own commitment and passion to offer more of my energy in the service of healing."
"It gave me a sense of mutual support and trust, engaging with the powerfull practices and fellow partipicants from different backgrounds and ages. Especially the threefold work of sessions-homework-buddy group helped a lot for the deepening and the integration of the material. It was great to be involved in each stage of the spiral for a whole week this way, bringing it into my every day life."

"I got what I had hoped for and more."
"This course provides a safe, supportive and inspirational environment within which to share and learn from others who care deeply about our beloved planet and want to help her heal."
"The course moved me much more than I expected and left me with fresh perspectives and a deep sense of global support. Thank you, Margo."
"Margo creates a beautiful safe space to explore difficult feelings. This course has been transformational for me. I leave it with hope, and energy for positive action."
"Margo is very clear and committed to facilitating. She is very organized and as I shared in the group, her organization allowed for a safe and predictable structure. She was also very tactful, attuned and present and able to keep the group flowing. Remarkably, she was able to end the group on time each session!"
"A highlight was meeting with a bunch of lovely people who are trying to have a positive impact in the world."
